Terms of Service

Using our website

These terms apply to use of our website and purchases from this store. Customers must provide accurate information, use the website lawfully, and not interfere with its operation or security.

Products and availability

Product descriptions, images, options, availability and prices are shown on the relevant product page. We take reasonable care with this information. If a material error affects an order, we will explain it and offer an appropriate correction, cancellation or refund rather than require the customer to accept the error.

Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly accept the order. We may decline an order for a lawful reason, including unavailable stock, payment failure, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error or an undeliverable address, and will return any payment that should not be retained.

Prices, tax and payment

Prices and payments use GBP. Product prices, applicable taxes, delivery charges and the final checkout amount are displayed according to this store's actual settings and applicable law. Customers can review the total before placing an order. The payment methods actually available are those displayed at checkout.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Customers may ask to cancel before dispatch by contacting us promptly with the order number. If dispatch has already occurred, the Refund Policy and UK cancellation rights apply. Our Refund Policy explains the 30-day return and exchange option and statutory remedies.

Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of mandatory consumer rights. Nothing here makes a customer responsible for losses that the law does not permit us to pass on.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms for future use of the website or future orders. A change does not remove rights already attached to an accepted order. If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue only so far as that is fair and lawful.

Applicable law and disputes

The laws that apply to the customer and the transaction govern these terms. Nothing in these terms deprives a UK consumer of mandatory protections or the right to bring a claim in a court available under applicable consumer law. Customers are encouraged to contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
